We then develop your personal keto nutrition strategy which we will present during our one-to-one Zoom session. After the session, we follow-up with additional tools, information, resources and personal guidance.

* Food lists, recipe resources, meal plans and other resources for your keto toolbox
* When and how to monitor glucose and ketones
* Suggestions on when and how to layer in nutritional, botanical and ketone supplements

This service is an option for you if you already have a handle on the nuts and bolts of keto nutrition but have specific questions about foods, targets, and daily patterns - the nuances needed for cancer. We can also suggest when to layer in ketone supplements. After the session, we follow up with additional resources tailored to our discussion. Moving forward, you can opt for one or more of our A La Carte services for Established Clients.

Zoom Video Conferencing: With few exceptions, sessions are conducted via Zoom video. We’ll send you a link that does not require you to download the Zoom app.
Practice Better Health Portal: We use a secure client platform to store your forms and records and to share our materials with you. After submitting the Intake, you will receive an invitation to the portal.
